1. Did you approach the restaurant owner or management? If so, how’d it go?
2. What did you notice about the staff? For example, did you notice if most ‘back of the house’ positions (cooks, bussers, etc) were people of color? What else?

I live in Tacoma, Washington and I am working on a paid sick days campaign for Healthy Tacoma. I know of some restaurants for you guys to add that offer paid sick days. We have Pacific Grill and MOD Pizza that offer it.
